2. Two different roles, and why it matters

Tratamos datos en dos situaciones que no se rigen igual:

We process data in two situations that are not governed the same way:

  • Como responsables: los datos de quienes visitan este sitio o nos contactan — por ejemplo, el formulario de demo.
  • As controller: the data of people who visit this site or contact us — for example, the demo form.
  • Como proveedor por cuenta de un negocio cliente: los datos de los clientes finales de ese negocio, que se cargan en la plataforma que operamos para él. Ahí el negocio decide qué datos recoge y para qué; nosotros los tratamos siguiendo sus instrucciones y este documento.
  • As a provider acting for a client business: the data of that business's own customers, held in the platform we operate for it. There the business decides what is collected and why; we process it on its instructions and under this document.

Si eres cliente de un negocio que usa nuestra plataforma y quieres ejercer un derecho sobre tus datos, puedes escribirnos a nosotros y lo encaminamos, pero el interlocutor natural es el negocio.

If you are a customer of a business that uses our platform and want to exercise a right over your data, you may write to us and we will route it, but the natural counterpart is that business.

3. Qué datos tratamos

3. What we process

  • De visitantes: nombre, empresa, correo y el mensaje que escribas en el formulario de demo.
  • From visitors: name, company, e-mail and whatever you write in the demo form.
  • De clientes finales de un negocio: nombre, número de teléfono móvil, correo, idioma preferido, y los datos de sus citas (servicio, fecha, profesional).
  • From a business's customers: name, mobile phone number, e-mail, preferred language, and appointment details (service, date, staff member).
  • Registros de consentimiento: si aceptaste recibir mensajes, cuándo, por qué vía y con qué texto. Guardamos esto precisamente para poder demostrar que no te escribimos sin permiso.
  • Consent records: whether you agreed to receive messages, when, through which route and with what wording. We keep this precisely so we can show we did not message you without permission.
  • Registros técnicos: los mínimos para operar y asegurar el servicio.
  • Technical logs: the minimum needed to operate and secure the service.

Los datos de alta en mensajes de texto y el consentimiento no se comparten con terceros, ni se venden a terceros, para fines de marketing propios de esos terceros. No se usan para publicidad de ningún tipo.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with, or sold to, third parties for those third parties' own marketing purposes. They are not used for advertising of any kind.

Tu número de móvil se usa para una sola cosa: enviarte los avisos sobre tu cita descritos en la página del programa de mensajes. Se comparte con el operador de telecomunicaciones únicamente en la medida necesaria para entregar el mensaje.

Your mobile number is used for one thing: sending the appointment notifications described on the messaging program page. It is shared with the telecommunications provider only to the extent needed to deliver the message.

Solo con proveedores que hacen falta para que el servicio funcione, y solo para eso:

  • Cloudflare — publicación de este sitio.

  • Resend (sobre Amazon SES) — envío de correo.

También podemos entregar datos si la ley nos obliga.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

7. Cuánto tiempo los guardamos

7. How long we keep it

Mientras el negocio cliente mantenga su cuenta, y después el tiempo que exija la ley. Los registros de consentimiento y de baja se conservan más tiempo que el resto a propósito: son la prueba de que se respetó tu decisión.

For as long as the client business keeps its account, and afterwards for as long as the law requires. Consent and opt-out records are deliberately kept longer than the rest: they are the evidence that your decision was respected.

Puedes pedir acceso, corrección o borrado de tus datos, y puedes dejar de recibir mensajes en cualquier momento — respondiendo STOP, o por cualquier otro medio razonable. Escríbenos a support@jjengineering.ai.

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can stop receiving messages at any time — by replying STOP, or by any other reasonable means. Write to support@jjengineering.ai.

Ciframos las comunicaciones, aislamos los datos de cada negocio cliente de los del resto en la base de datos, y limitamos el acceso interno a lo necesario para operar. Ningún sistema es infalible, y no prometemos que lo sea.

We encrypt communications, isolate each client business's data from every other's in the database, and limit internal access to what operating the service requires. No system is infallible, and we do not claim otherwise.

10. Menores

El servicio no está dirigido a menores de 13 años y no recogemos sus datos a sabiendas.

The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
